COVID-19 Health & Safety Plan

A plan for all tenants to respect VT State Executive Orders for collaboratively working in a shared professional office environment.  We are considered a large office environment because of use and the landlord must implement wellness checks, logging and reporting measures to remain open. 

We take controlling the spread of the Coronavirus seriously and are engaged in the following actions to ensure your health and safety at 12-22North: 

• Updating ventilation systems to include state-of-the-art controls and filtration
• Removing furniture to ensure a safe walkway to conference room and private offices
• Adding signage for easy physical distancing 
• Testing technologies for practicing physical distancing and evaluating people flow

• Evaluating cleaning supplies and protocols that are safe for humans, but not the virus
• Hosting community wellness pop up events at Events Space

All tenants must adhere by the following guidelines to return to work at 12-22North:

• Take temperature using non-contact thermometer.
• Fill out on-line safety form EACH DAY you use the space by scanning QR code with your phone.

This is necessary to properly screen all tenants.

• Disinfect all surfaces after use.

All tenants and guests are required to fill out this form before June 1st.  Please fill out this form to ensure the wellbeing of yourself and everyone else at 12-22 North

• Private Office Space rental beginning July 1st
• Public Conference Space rental temporarily suspended
• Flex Space and Drop In options temporarily suspended
